Writing Challenge — Day 1
What am I doing?
I have been a Medium member since last December. I migrated my whole blog here, for several purposes. I enjoyed the challenge of reaching an entirely new community from scratch, although I brought all my old posts here with me. Everything is in my native language, Portuguese. So now, I decided (not sure why yet) to write in English. And, who knows, reach a whole new set of people with it!
I am genuinely uncomfortable writing in a different language. The fluidity is different. The words are different. The game is on a whole other level. But hey, challenges create growth, right? So here I am, facing myself.
I can tell you I am not sure what is coming out of this post. I guess I will introduce myself, in a way, to you, my new reader (or old reader in a new language).
So, this is me. Daniel, 26 years old at the moment. I am from Portugal, a beautiful country, with a great balance between nature, city, wilderness, hot and cold. I graduated from high school in 2014. Went to the Army the next year, where I stayed until 2021. During that time, I got certified as a professional coach and professional behavior analyst, with a lot of complementary workshops along the way. It has been quite the journey.
